The buffet has fresh food during peak hours. Sooo go when they are busy! Good food for a good price. Great mac-n-cheese.

Had Thanksgiving dinner here. This is the way to do it. Had choice of all Thanksgiving foods, chinese food, country food and desserts! The best no cooking or cleanup.😄

So it was our first time at Fusion Buffet and it wasn't too bad. Some of the food was pretty good and some of it could have been a little better. Will definitely go back again sometime to try it again.

Great place to eat the Chinese buffet is great the southern buffet could use a little help but isn't terrible. Friendly staff and very clean restaurant. Highly recommend y o u try it out. 😋

Great place to have a healthy meal quickly (or take your time). This buffet is some of the best food I've found in or around Live Oak. Fast efficient service and very reasonably priced. Asian cuisine, a few types of sushi rolls, good dessert selection, and even some country style fried foods for locals. I'm always in and out fast, even when they're busy, and my stomach always thanks me.

No stars ,food was nasty . Atmosphere was great , and it's a buffet Chinese and country both food was not at all good. And I wish I would of took pictures. One star because they wouldn't let me post my review.

The sushi is old, flies flying around the food. Not very good food

This is a good place to eat. We will return for the food. The selection of food was good. I did not like that they charge $1.99 for kids drinks. The people could of been more friendly. Service was normal service you expect from a Chinese buffet setting. It does have american country cooking items on the buffet also.

We stop here often with my kids when traveling between Savannah, GA and Panama City, FL. It has a little bit of everything and the food is usually kept very fresh. The kids would rather go here than fast food.

There is a small selection, but they do change it up a bit depending on what night you go. The food is typically fresh and really good, and the people who work there are super nice. I recommend going here if you get the chance!

We were evacuating Dorian and wound up in Live Oak. We had the pleasure of eating here 3 times in 3 days. The food was so delicious and varied! My hubby stayed with the country items while I LOVED the Chinese food. Wish you guys were closer!

Love this place. Stopped in on the way to Panama City Beach. I liked it so much I stopped there again on the way back from Panama City Beach. Everything is fresh and the whole place is very clean. Everyone who works there are very nice. I live in Gainesville and plan on traveling up with friends just to eat there in the future.

Very friendly workers, clean bathrooms and good food. It was funny too because I was craving Asian and my Husband was hankering for country buffet. What a Godsend for weary travelers. Both types of food were hot and fresh and tasty. If I am ever back in Live Oak, I will definitely stop by again. The gal at the front was particularly sweet and just what we needed that day to say hey! I don't mind $20 for lunch if it's good.

A mix of Chinese buffet meets American cuisine. It's a nice balance of both worlds at a reasonable price.

The first time we went to this place the food was not good at all. We tried it again and it was better. They have ice cream that's open for anyone to scoop out of. I don't think that's sanitary but it must be ok with the inspectors. It's not worth the price.

Service was awesome. Everything was clean. Food was pretty good. Solid place all around. will return every time I come to live oak.

Great variety of delicious food. Enjoyed everything I tried. Even my picky kids love eating here! They have a very nice sushi bar if you're into that. Very nice atmosphere big spacious dining area. Great mixture of country and Chinese food. I have been twice so far and it didn't disappoint. Will definitely be going back for more!

It was not at all what I expected lunch was 12.00 way to much would have done better at subway

Great selection of food. No real sushi. All the sushi was cooked and they had at very minimum, seafood salad rolled in sushi rice. I was the only black person there 😂🤣. They didn't serve any alcohol. It sucked, honestly.

Good buffet at an affordable price. The choice is standard as in many such buffets, but here is less and they did not have sushi with salmon

Fusion .... Chinese and country food. Its ok. Make sure you come at peak hours. But that applies to all buffets. $10 per person. This is ok food. If you have a choice pick chow town in Valdosta. The napkins are way too small. The food is meh. The place is fairly quiet. Recently playing soft jazz music. That made a difference. A good mix of locals here, good place to meet a friend or strike a conversation. Staff is oriental cooks are latino They have hot food in country cuisine and Chinese. Then a salad bar. Fake cooked sushi Chinese baked deserts and ice cream. Hope you enjoy your meal.

Worst ever. The general Tao was cold along with the orange sauce. No flavor to anything. A waste of time and money
